The Great Zucchini, singer/songwriter Marsha Goodman-Wood, John Henry, the guitar playing man, and Bingo the Magic Clown performed before hundreds of kids and their families at a fundraiser to Save the Kids Farm at Horace Mann Elementary School, which was a resounding success! Many thanks to all the performers, to Horace Mann Elementary and to the hundreds of people who came to save the Kids' Farm. The Smithsonian National Zoo is planning to close the petting zoo and pizza playground this Spring. Don't let this happen. The Zoo plans to redirect funds for the petting zoo to "higher priority programs." Help us keep a great place for kids thriving at the Zoo.
